Goals
Constitutional Goals
-
To foster, encourage and support the advancement of musical culture in the highest forms of musical art;

To encourage the musical growth of the younger members of our community;
-
To organize group participation of young musicians, including the formation and operation of orchestras;

To grant bursaries to aspiring student musicians to assist in their musical education; and
-
To promote public appreciation of musical activites in the community, and to seek its participation and financial support.
Artistic Goals
-
To pursue excellence in musicianship through the teaching of musical skills; and
-
To expand an appreciation of the classical music repertoire among young musicians and to share this with the community through public performance.
Management
Goals
-
To maintain an adequate membership to support the Society;
-
To responsibly administer the affairs of the Society and ensure its continuation; and
-
To serve the musical needs of the young musicians so that their potentials may be fulfilled.
